• Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointments will result in loss of deposit with the additional charge equaling 50% of the service. • No call/ no shows will require full service payment. • Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. •One free reschedule is allowed with over 24 hours notice. • Reschedules made within less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment will result in loss of deposit. • More than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment with a full charge. • If able to take your appointment but over 15 minutes late, a 20% late fee will be added to your service.
